Check in Service: We have a local Property manager who will check you in to our condo ( must be arranged) Since we have state of the art security- our complex has: 24 hour security, keys cards for Entrance Gate, and FOB for underground parking & a key pick up and walk though of our condo is required. Our Manager offers services such as: Airport pick up and other services, please arrange all the extra services you require; with Claudia after you book with us. Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 45 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000.00 USD is due 60 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
