Located near Disney, the many restaurants along the 192, Publix supermarket and a Super Walmart, our home is well maintained, very spacious and fully air-conditioned. Equipped & furnished to a high standard, you will not be disappointed from the moment you walk in the front door. The larger than average 30' screened, floodlit pool is landscaped and fully fenced for your total privacy, unlike many other homes where each private pool overlooks another. Extensive planting around the pool screen enhances the seclusion. The pool benefits from year round solar heating and a heating option is also available for the cooler months. The pool deck is furnished with table, chairs, foot-stalls, recliners and sun loungers. There are two separate living areas. The first is an open-plan relaxing lounge with three sofas and a swivel/rocking chair. There is a handy work-station, with a dimmable lamp/phone charger & USB outlets, for work or play. This room leads into a dining room. The additional large family room has electric reclining sofas, entertainment unit housing a 42' plasma HD cable TV, Home Theatre System (Blue-ray, DVD, CD, FM Radio, Ipod dock, surround sound speakers). Large patio doors lead to the pool, access to which is fitted with a child safety alarm. This three floor half-duplex constructed in 2001 was designed for two families or an extended family. There is a privacy door between the middle floor and lower suite. The lower suite is equipped with in-floor radiant heat. Family room and dining space in both the upper and lower floors. Four bedrooms are located on the middle floor. Ski in/ski out through the upper floor on Snow Pines Road, or lower floor along the Lower Snow Pines track. Village access is 15 minute walk along a lit pathway. No need for your car after you arrive. New for 2010/2011: King pocket coil mattress in Master; updated paint on exterior. Hot tub has 8 headrests, but we've been advised that it's a bit small for 8 men. New for 2018/19: Upgraded to Telus Fibre 150/150 Internet to ensure that all those devices can watch what they want!

The owner was super accommodating of us, we were able to bring our dogs as well. The house is beautiful, and everything is in pristine condition. Lots of great areas for us to eat and hang out as a group, and tons of room in the kitchen for preparing meals. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the backyard, which features multiple levels for dining, sunbathing, and a small yard for the dogs. The hot tub is as an added bonus once the sun goes down and things start to cool. The bedrooms were all a decent size, but the real winner was the master bedroom. It features a gorgeous ensuite, with a double vanity and amazing shower. The house comes with pretty much everything you could need - towels, toiletries, and all the necessary cooking utensils. They were even kind enough to leave us some breakfast food in the fridge. I found this really made a huge difference for the convenience of our stay, as some rentals I have stayed in are very bare bones. My only note, and a minor one at that, was that they came by mid-way during our stay to water the plants. They let us know ahead of time that she would, but we would have happily done it ourselves for the extra privacy. Overall, our stay was great and I would definitely love to come back here. The owner has been very friendly and great at communicating with us to make sure we had everything we need. 10/10 would recommend. ___________________________________________________ Mason. There are two master bedrooms each with their own ensuites – one on the main level with a queen sized bed, and the second on the upper level with a king sized bed and balcony overlooking the nearby pond and fountain. The other two bedrooms upstairs have twin beds and share a bathroom. All the bedrooms have new mattresses, new linens and pillows, and flat screen tvs. Our super clean house is completely tiled downstairs and has plush carpeting upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of glasses, dishes, cookware, bakeware and silverware as well as a toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, ice maker, cd player with radio, dishwasher and microwave. There is a flat screen tv in the living area with a PS3 and two controllers (bring your own games!), DVD player, board games and books, lots of comfortable seating, dining table for six people, and a powder room on the main level.
