    Our lovely Vacation villa is set in the tranquil gardens of a gated community, 10 minutes from Disney and 25 minutes from Seaworld and Universal Studios and less than 5 minutes to all the Restaurants and Designer shopping outlets on highway 192. Consisting of 3 bedrooms including a master en-suite bedroom,a large through lounge diner and fully equipped kitchen. We have installed high speed wireless throughout our home which is also fully air conditioned and there are ceiling fans in all rooms. Our home is furnished with linens and towels together with a starter supply of toilet paper and bathroom soap. Replenishment of these supplies and provision of other supplies including, but not limited to, dishwasher soap, paper towels ,washing powder, trash bags etc is the responsibility of the guest Our phone provides free calls throughout the USA, Canada and Puerta Rico A fully screened Lanai with sun Loungers, table and chairs at the rear, perfect for those quiet moments in the morning or a nice relaxing drink in the evening. There is a beautiful heated swimming pool, hot tub and large sun deck for sunbathing. The master en-suite bedroom consists of a queen bed, New 32" flat screen HD TV and walk in closet and a floor safe. Upstairs are two twin bedrooms with new Flat screeen HD TV's and walk in closets, The second full bathroom is also upstairs. The Lounge has a new Sofa and love seat,tables and lamps together with a new 32" flat screen HD TV, a DVD player and a CD/Radio. There are parking bays are at the front of our home for your vehicles. From the lounge window you can see the real Florida with a vast area of forestry and wildlife. We have seen a wide variety of birds and a giant turtle ourselves. We have a large number of guests returning year after year to enjoy the peace and tranquility we offer together with our easy access to all theme parks,attractions and many golf courses. Our top tip = Consider taking a break during your day at the parks by returning to our resort for a quick swim or a dip in the pool, a relaxing hour or two on the pool deck will help ensure you have the energy for a late night at the parks

The kitchen features a dedicated entertainment sink within a large island and is ideal for those who like to entertain and cater for large groups with top of the range built-in stainless steel Miele appliances. A large hot tub on the west facing exterior terrace offers stunning views of Vernon and the Okanagan Valley. The ski-entrance includes secure ski and snowboard storage, a traditional 6 seat cedar sauna with a separate shower/steam room and changing room. In addition to the bedrooms the top floor features a spacious and comfortable media room with internet ready 55” LCD TV, blu-ray and satellite with integrated 5:1 surround sound system and full wifi throughout the house. A great place to relax and unwind after a day at the theme parks. This relaxing getaway is situated on a large corner plot within a conservation area, in Clermont. The large pool and spa can be heated for those cooler months and the oversize pool deck has ample sun beds for capturing those Florida rays, as well as a large patio table for al fresco dining under the covered Lanai. There are no rear neighbours, just uninterrupted views of a large natural pond and woodland. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom (including 2 en-suites), villa sleeps 10 people with the aid of a sofa bed.
