There is a beautiful heated swimming pool, hot tub and large sun deck for sunbathing. The master en-suite bedroom consists of a queen bed, New 32" flat screen HD TV and walk in closet and a floor safe. Upstairs are two twin bedrooms with new Flat screeen HD TV's and walk in closets, The second full bathroom is also upstairs. The Lounge has a new Sofa and love seat,tables and lamps together with a new 32" flat screen HD TV, a DVD player and a CD/Radio. There are parking bays are at the front of our home for your vehicles. From the lounge window you can see the real Florida with a vast area of forestry and wildlife. We have seen a wide variety of birds and a giant turtle ourselves. You are close to, and can participate in all the action that Whistler has to offer but can choose to relax in a quiet and private environment as you may see fit. This spacious townhouse is located in a very quiet 16 unit complex and was extensively renovated in 2007. The unit has an open plan kitchen/living/dining area that provides a very relaxing atmosphere. The master bedroom is huge with high vaulted ceilings, electric fireplace and HD TV. Top end finishes and attention to detail are evident throughout and include stainless steel appliances, gas range and fireplace, hardwood floors, 8 in-ceiling speaker system, granite counter-tops in kitchen and all bathrooms, heated slate tile floors in all bathrooms and entry level and a totally private hot tub. The kitchen is equipped with every conceivable appliance and is stocked with a full compliment of spices and condiments.
