Recessed sliding doors across the living and dining room allow you to open up the house and provide uninterrupted views and access to the outdoor living space, pool and views of the ocean. The kitchen features granite counter tops, high-end stainless steel appliances, and water purification on the kitchen tap and in-fridge water & ice dispensers for your convenience. Each townhouse consists of 4 units with private walking gardens and fountains. Located on a quite cul-de-sac street with residential golf villas. Very walk friendly (5 to 8 minutes to beach hotels, Le Comer super type grocery store/shopping plaza, restaurants, beach access, swim with the dolphins, children's park and Plaza Pescador (restaurants & shops).
