    This is our second home and when we are not there, we would love to share it with you and your family or friends. Please take care of it as if it was your own. We often leave extra items in the pantry and refrigerator for your use. This March and April will be the best season to view the desert wild flowers. Use instant book now to reserve your dates. The cleaning fee is on the honor system and is based as follows: $40 for house and one bedroom and bath used plus $20 for each additional bedroom used. Please leave cash for the correct amount due in the cleaning fee box located on the game table prior to leaving, unless your receipt shows you paid in advance. (Suggested fee for whole house is $80). Burn only compressed logs in the fireplace. Bring your own or buy one of ours for $5 each. For the kids and teenagers we have TV channels just for them. For adults, HBO Now offers Late Night programs that are rated X. Our property features basketball, football, horse shoes, fire pit, playing cards, checkers and backgammon. We also offer, by advance request, the Wii and Wii U draw and we have the Xbox One S for your use with limited games. If you have games bring them with you. If you expect to use one or both of the video games, request three days in advance that they be setup for your rental stay. The home is situated in the quiet desert valley of Borrego Springs on two acres of open area with several golf courses and just two hours to Sea World, Pacific Ocean, MCRD, Downtown San Diego, Fashion Valley Shopping Center and the San Diego Zoo. Across the street from the Ranch, are hundreds of acres of open space just waiting to be walked or licensed 4-wheel driven. You won't be disappointed with this rental....Bring your horse if you have one. It sleeps up to 8 in four beds plus two on a sofa sleeper. The large master bedroom suite has both a king and a double bed. The two other bedrooms have queen beds. Great place and location for a large get-together. While in Borrego, visit La Casa Del Zorro, just a few blocks away, for their Music by the Pool, every Saturday, 7 P.M. To 10...No cover charge. Their cantina is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. You can also use their tennis courts and pool for a small day fee. Also, for our visiting veterans, American Legion Post 853 is just down the street and is open every evening in season. Don't forget to take the short drive up to Julian for some apple pie, about a half hour ride up the mountain from the house. They also have a VFW in Julian. Book early for best season dates. While here, consider visiting the Temecula Wine Country, about one hour drive away. Go horseback riding through the vine trails, wine tasting, hot air balloon and jeep rides or a self guided tour. Our place has three bedrooms (one king with a double beside it and two queen beds), one sofa bed, two bathrooms, linen, patio deck area, fireplace, wireless Internet access, fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, blender, spices, gas stove range, microwave, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, air conditioning, blu-ray dvd player, flat screen internet TV. Additional amenities include board games, horseshoes, fire pit, charcoal grill, washer (provide your own laundry soap) and dryer, hair dryer and iron/ironing board. Please remember this is a smoke-free property inside.
