This is a spacious villa with a large pool and outside sitting area, With three large bedrooms there is room for six adults and cribs for infants, A large well equipped kitchen provides for eating in, Otherwise there many great restaurants within a short walk from the villa. Next to the property is Sugar Ridge a boutique hotel with great amenities including a spa and Carmichaels restaurant one of the finest on Antigua. There are at least 5 spectacular beaches no more that 10 minutes drive, which are all quiet and served by local beach bars providing sun beds, umbrellas, food and drinks. Antigua has a great choice of activities to choose from if you want more than just chilling on the beach. There are numerous boat trips, local scuba diving, a rain forest zip-line, Sting Ray City and many other things to see and do. There is car rentals both in Jolly Harbour and at Sugar Ridge.

It is within step's of English and Falmouth harbours and their local restaurants, supermarkets, dive shops, car rental, nightlife and more. The private outside seating area, pool area and infinity pool brings you superb views of the bay and the marinas. One of Antigua's finest beaches is moments away. The Villa is complete on it's own but is also a part of a complex which has a modern, fully equipped gym and yoga studio on site. Guests have complimentary access to the gym during their stay and for a small fee, can also attend any of the exercise or yoga classes. You have access to all laundry facilities.

This House is a beautifully laid back 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house overlooking Valley Church beach on the west coast of Antigua, 5 minutes south of Jolly Harbour. It has all the amenities you would expect from a much larger house - dish washer, washing machine and dryer, microwave, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, 2 queen sized beds with en suite shower and toilet. Outside, the infinity pool allows you to look out over a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea north towards the hills overlooking Jolly Harbour and 5 Islands. Our Villa is an exclusive vacation property situated high on a hilltop above the Antigua Yacht Club Marina in Falmouth Harbour. The house has 6 spacious bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests in perfect comfort. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and many have ceiling fans. 2 bedrooms have garden views and 4 have spectacular harbour & sea views. The house is tastefully furnished in an exotic mixture of Asian and New England styles. There is a large open-plan reception area and a large bright kitchen with a full size cooking range, a US fridge/freezer, drinks fridge & dish washer. From the kitchen and reception area, seven sets of french doors lead out to the pool and panoramic terraces where you can enjoy one of the most breathtaking views in the Caribbean. There is a large gas BBQ and several dining areas. For entertainment we have a telescope, satellite TV, a Bose sound system, Wi-Fi and a library of books, board games, CDs & DVDs. ‘The pavilion’ building houses an air-conditioned gym and work space.
