The villa is situated close to all amenities and is secure for your family or group to enjoy the delights that Bali has to offer and is within walking distance of many including the beach, Waterbom Park and Centro, also the variety of restaurants in Jalan Kartika Plaza. Behind a high wall with security guard you will be able to enjoy Bali and then relax in your own villa with pool and water wall, although just one street back from the main street of Kuta once you enter the Kuta Royal Villas you have peace and quiet. The villa has a large range of equipment and the kitchen is complete with all you need for your holiday, it is cleaned every third day and all linen is changed including pool towels, so you can enjoy the privacy of your own home in Bali but do not have to worry about the cleaning. Bottled water and cooler is refilled as needed. We can sleep 8 guests in comfort. Redi, our Manager is a phone call away if you require help or driving. Guests have a choice of air-conditioning or fans and all beds have bed nets, we have a cot, highchair and stair gates available for the safety of the children, and the pool can be secured from the house by closing the doors around the pool.
