Welcome to our newly renovated 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms( 2 ensuites) vacation home. Located in the upscale neighbourhood of Tower Isle, you are less than 10 minutes walk to relaxing and enjoying yourself at the beach. From the time you pull into the drive way of our property you are surrounded by large mature fruit trees that feeds the belly, as well as provide shade from the hot sun, and a nice breeze too cool the skin. We welcome you. Entering the large veranda that is suited with  modern outdoor patio furniture, perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon drink. From the veranda you enter a grand living room, that is equipped  with 50 inch wall mounted cable TV,  internet and telephone hub;  and  seating for a large family.   Our exceptional clean home features 3 spacious bedrooms (2 with AIR CONDITIONING, all 3 with ceiling fans), Master bedroom with ensuite has a queen size bed, 32 inch LED TV, AIR CONDITIONING with ceiling fan and walk in closet. Second bedroom has two double beds with ceiling fan. Third bedroom with ensuite has a queen size bed, 32 inch LED TV, AIR CONDITIONING with ceiling fan. 3 nicely appointed bathrooms (hot water shower)large eat-in kitchen that is equipped with  modern stainless steel appliances (gas stove, fridge) microwave; and all the tools needed to cook all your Caribbean meals. The large formal dining room seats 6 comfortable. Solar hot water, washer (paid laundry) With a fully walled property with alarm system, security patrol, security cameras and motion sensor lights. This is a replica of our original home, with a few additions. This home, like our first, original home, also has an automatic remote gate access for a garage car park and an extended driveway for additional vehicle parking. The home also has a open living room and dining room concept as our first one, and has all linens provided with bathrobes. A 42' Samsung Smart TV with surround sound is provided in the main living room. It has its own private en suite bathroom in the master bedroom, that is furnished fully with a queen sized bed and a walk in closet. The second bedroom, slightly different from our original home has its own access to a bathroom, which is centralized for the use of visitors too. It is also fully furnished with a queen sized bed and has ample closet storage. The third bedroom is outfitted with two single beds, ample closet storage and is furnished also and has its own en-suite bathroom, which is a new addition. The fourth bedroom, is ideally suited for one person and is furnished also. Every room is Equipped with a Samsung 40' smart tv, with 5 Profiles to use for Netflix, Modern ceiling fans and Samsung Air-Conditioners. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a Large sized fridge with an automatic ice maker, microwave, gas stove and oven. A Keurig coffee maker with one full drawer of a variety of flavors to choose from is included also. The home has an electric hater heater installed to ensure consistent hot water for our guests as we have done before, with our first home. Rear patio is equipped with a BBQ (2 cylinders of propane inc) and ample seating for 7. The rear patio is too equipped with a 42' Samsung smart tv with surround sound to ensure you do not miss a beat of your program while grilling, or enjoying a patio breeze. Owner can offer transportation to and from the airport for $60 each way for up to 4 guests (additional guests are $10 per person, per trip). Booster and baby seats are available for an additional cost. For guests staying 7 nights or more, this service is free. Owner can also arrange for concierge service to meet you at the airport and assist with customs and immigration and escort you to transportation. This is a service offered with the owner's compliments (subject to availability) and would normally cost at least $30 per person through other services. This rental is for one of 2 suites on the upper level of our lovely villa, located in a residential area in Runaway Bay between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios. It is on an acre of tropical land with fruit trees and lots of beautiful flowers. We overlook the golf course and are only minutes from one of the prettiest beaches in Jamaica. Each suite is very private and has a king size bed, bathroom , kitchenette and balcony overlooking our property. The suites are great for singles or couples that are wanting to keep their costs down. We have two gazebos and a small pond. Maid service is included one time during the week. (Including laundry) Tips are not included.
