Kitchen has condiments, a coffee maker, & room in the fridge for all your purchases after your wine touring. Queen bedroom & powder room on main, plus washer/dryer facilities. Upper floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Master bedroom has a king size bed & TV. Additional bedroom has two twin beds. Start the day watching the Okanagan Sunrise on the deck, and then go golfing, boating or skiing. Ceiling fans and fireplace provide comfort for all seasons. Christmas is great for a ski holiday too. A developer has taken these few streets under wing, & you'll notice signs of the new developments in the neighborhood as you drive into the street. In the meantime, please enjoy the one block proximity to the Lake. Also, The Golf Course, Hockey School, Event Center, Casino, Visitor & Wine Center, Channel Float & Beaches are all with in blocks of this home. During winter, for hockey or ski season, the House is only 25 minutes to Apex Mountain Resort - skiing, outdoor hockey rinks & skating loop are great fun on winter break!

All the modern conveniences including high quality furnishings, leather sofas, wine cooler and air conditioning. Relax on one of the two front decks overlooking the lake or wade off the sandy beach and dive in for a swim. Enjoy the breathtaking view and soak up the Okanagan sun. Modern clean décor and furnishing with comfortable beds will make your stay enjoyable. The house is located a few feet from the lake so it is easy to dive in and cool off. During the Summer - the Unit is only available for 7 night stays - Saturday to Saturday. Spectacular Lake and mountain view from house. Rates are based upon 6 people with a maximum of up to 6 adults and up to 2 children (some exceptions for 8 adults can be made for the right groups). The house would also suit 4 adults and up to 4 children. 8 adults can be accommodated with approval and with an adjusted rate. Primary renter must be 30 years old or older. Property is not suitable for young groups wishing to party. Noise restrictions apply. Quiet time after 10 PM outside.

This is 1 of 4 suites in the house. All suites have King bedrooms and separate entrances. Easy walk to Front street restaurants and shops; Okanagan Beach and Marina, beginning of the Naramata Bench Wineries and the KVR Trail. On the Kettle Valley Railroad trail which is just across the street, you will find : gorgeous lake views, vineyards, trestle bridges and orchards. KVR Trail is right across the road . Public Pool at Community Centre is a 5 minute drive. The property is located at the beginning of the Naramata Bench where you can visit some of the best vineyards in the Okanagan. In fact the closest winery, Perseus is only 25 metres away. Munson Mountain is 1 kilometre which offers spectacular views of Okanagan Lake, Skaha Lake and Penticton and Naramata.
