The top floor holds the large and relaxing master bedroom with outdoor terrace , vaulted ceilings, modern ensuite bathroom and full ocean views. Adjacent is the indoor lounge area along with outdoor bar, sun deck and pool. It as well has another half bath, fridge and sink. Our villa is located just 10 minutes from the Airport along the West coast of the Island. It is very close to the French side adjacent to the La Samana resort and across the traffic circle from the newest marina at Porto Cupecoy. Restaurants, grocery stores and the only golf course on the Island are located only minutes away with close proximity to the many beautiful beaches the Island has to offer.

Perfectly suited for those interested in a longer stay, this large, bright and airy one bedroom town home is well appointed with every detail right down to safety pins and birthday candles. Walk in, unpack, uncork and let yourself thaw out. This town home is spaciously spread out over 2 levels, with the bedroom located on the lower level with its own balcony walk out. Inverter split unit airco cools this huge bedroom with walk in closet, bookcase full of great reads, and computer desk for your comfort. Bathroom has been recently renovated with Italian porcelain tiles with marble inlay. It's clean, simple and elegant. Also note the queen size bed has a beautiful new gel mattress that is covered with the famous "Protect-A-Bed" mattress cover. For your comfort and safety, the mattress cover and pillow covers are washed and sanitized. The upper level hosts a beautiful glass dining table for 4, a grand and spacious living room full of light, and a recently renovated kitchen with new refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and all the other bits and bobs you would find at home. Open the large french doors to the balcony and revel in the warm and constant Caribbean trade winds as you overlook the hills of Pointe Blanche, Devil's Copper coastline and exotic St Barth's in the distance. Furniture is bright and colourful rattan and surrounds you with a cozy tropical feeling. My little sister and I bought this townhouse last year with the intention for her to spend more time in the sunshine and warmth of St Maarten. Family and friends have been our guinea pigs and helping us with ideas to make this townhome a special place for visitors to kick off their flip flops, park their pool noodles and chill on the porch with a guavaberry colada. When you arrive, you will find your fridge stocked with some snacks, fruit, milk, bread, our famous gouda cheese, butter, fermented grape beverages and fermented hop beverages. We also give you some starter tea, coffee, sugar, etc. We even provide a beach cooler plus a water purifier to filter tap water. This helps with keeping plastic bottles out of our already overcrowded landfill. SPOILER ALERT: There is a new 6 story apartment building being built next door and it is slated to finish beginning of 2016. The crews start at 8am and finish at 4pm daily. There will be construction noise. To what extent we are not sure. If you can stand someone hammering or drilling or sawing in the distance, then we will give you the special special construction special. Our friends and family said they usually left for the beach early and returned after 4 most days anyway. One guest (a retired construction guy) loved to sit on the balcony and watch the 3rd world antics of island construction. He had some great stories to share!
