The balcony brings you superb views of the bay and the marinas. One of Antigua's finest beaches is moments away. The apartment is a unique blend of comfort and simplicity. The bedroom is spacious and the open plan lounge - kitchen area blessed with fantastic views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea and the harbour. The apartment comes with washing machine and drier facilities, ceiling fans, air conditioning in the bedroom, as well as all the other basic necessities. It is complete on it's own but is also a part of a complex which has a modern, fully equipped gym and yoga studio on site. Guests have complimentary access to the gym during their stay and for a small fee, can also attend any of the exercise or yoga classes. You have access to all laundry facilities.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
