Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival)
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due immediately. Please note: Electricity usage is capped at $30 USD per week. If electricity usage goes over this amount, the balance will be deducted from the damage deposit. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.
