It is ideally positioned on Maxwell Coast Road...A safe and quiet neighbourhood, home to Bougainvillea Hotel, Sea Breeze and the brand new Sandals Barbados. Your vacation nook is fully equipped, including an Air Condition unit in each bedroom, Free WiFi and Cable TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. Iron and ironing board...Beach towels, Bath and Hand towels are all provided. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are also included. Fifteen minute drive from Grantley Adams Airport. A mere 200m away is public transport costing US$1. Located a mere 5 minute drive away is St. Lawrence Gap a hub of nightlife and fine dining. One mile away is the Historic Oistins Town - Fishing Village, home of the Sizzling Friday Night Fish Fry, Massy Grocery Store and much more. A 20 minute drive to our Historic Bridgetown our capital city. Surfer's Cafe and bar, Mini Mart, bars, taxis, doctor's office and a pharmacy are located in or around our neighborhood. Snorkeling, kayaking, boarding, kite surfing and much more watersports can be arranged from our beach. Be as busy or as relaxed as you wish. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 100 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, 100 percent of all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.
