This 1-Bed 1-Bath Apartment can accommodate 3 guests for a minimum of 4 nights.
These units have a large bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a kitchen which opens onto a garden of palms, shrubs and ginger lilies. Some units have a dining room and living room that open out onto a large walk out patio for entertaining and relaxing. Units have high ceilings and are bright and airy. All units have garden view. These units can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children. We have eight 1-bedroom units available. Some are a bungalow style and others are on the top floor of a 2-storey building. Please advise the owner during the Grace Period if you have a preference for the type of unit and they will try to accommodate.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 3 nights rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 USD.

Airport Transfer Services & Fees
A fee is charged for Airport Transfer Services One-time fee of 35.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. A guest must request this optional service. Fees are based on a one way transfer per car load. If passengers and luggage can fit i a car one-way transfer is US$30.00.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 7 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less 1 nights rent) will be refunded. Cancellation with 7 days of arrival the penalty is 1 night. In theinstance of no-show the penalty is 1 night.

Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 2 days during a stay.
