Airport Transfer Services & Fees
A fee is charged for Airport Transfer Services One-time fee of 35.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. A guest must request this optional service. Fees are based on a one way transfer per car load. If passengers and luggage can fit i a car one-way transfer is US$30.00.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 7 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less 1 nights rent) will be refunded. Cancellation with 7 days of arrival the penalty is 1 night between the months May to December 14. In the instance of no-show the penalty is 1 night.

Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 2 days during a stay.
