The open air living plan also allows you to experience the constant refreshing cool sea breeze as it flows throughout the villa. From your patio dip pool - spa and your outdoor pool, you capture an unbelievable spectacular view of the ocean and west coast - a truly relaxing vacation for all - friends, family, couples and honeymooners. All rooms have ceiling fans. As you enter the foyer, the cool soothing tropical decor and the open air living plan transfers a feeling of tranquility, spaciousness and relaxation throughout as you view the spans of the ocean ahead. This atmosphere is further enhanced by the cool refreshing sea breeze which you experience as you flow from the 'reflection room', through the living room with its reclining sofa and rocking chair, and out onto the generous patio, where an unbelievable panorama of sea, sky and sand awaits you. The private spa - dip pool is strategically placed on the patio for you to appreciate the magnificent view of the west coast and Caribbean Sea as you soak in the sun. Your outdoor swimming pool deck also captures an enchanting view of the west coast. The bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, are located on the first floor, so as to fully capture that unbelievable view. Each bedroom has its private balcony and different views of the ocean. Dine indoors or outdoors on the patio. Your private chef has a choice of preparing meals from two kitchens, which are fully equipped. This is a vacation to fully relax as the daily staff (chef, housekeeper, laundress and pool attendant ) relieve you of all household chores. Ask about our airport transfer. Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu,Fri,Sat,Sun during a stay.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 11 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 10 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
