Terms And Conditions
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure Fee of 100.00 USD for stays that are 1 to 14 nights in duration.Fee of 150.00 USD for stays that are 15 to 21 nights in duration.Fee of 200.00 USD for stays that are 22 to 27 nights in duration.Fee of 250.00 USD for stays that are 28 to 45 nights in duration. Cleaning fee to be paid locally to Third Party/Resort Guest is expected to remove the garbage on departure. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
Linen
Linen is included in the rent Beach towels are supplied. Towels are not allowed outside of the property.
Airport Transfer Services & Fees
A fee is charged for Airport Transfer Services One-time fee of 35.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. A guest must request this optional service. Third party transfer services are available. Fees are based on a one-way trip.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are no requirements. Adult guests must be 18 years or older.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 01:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 9 pm. Lock box code supplied by owner upon receipt of full payment.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Babysitter must be booked well in advance.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 USD is due on arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.75 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club, Direct Bank Deposit
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
