Located on Tortola's East End and Nestled in the Lambert Estates Hillside this 3 bedroom, 3 bath Villa offers gorgeous views of Lambert Beach, which is in walking distance and beautiful Guana Island in the distance. This villa offers a covered breezeway that connects the two buildings, the outdoor cooking deck and the in ground pool. In addition, the breezeway also features a beautiful teak dining table with seating for 10. Behind the breezeway extends a large wooden deck accommodating a new outdoor shower and a new grill for outdoor cooking. Don't feel like cooking. No problem, there are several great restaurants within a 5 minute drive including: Calita's Turtle Bay at Lambert Beach (beachfront dining under the palm trees), The Tamarind Club at Josiah's Beach and Brandywine, consistently rated #1 in the BVI each year. The three spacious bedrooms offer new king size beds, white cathedral ceilings, immense storage space, and white tiled bathrooms with hand-painted cobalt blue designs. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The secluded home is a short walk or drive above Lambert Beach Resort and has access to all the amenities of the property including Tortola’s best beach, the resort’s pool, swim up pool bar (serving a great lunch), restaurant and tennis court. The airport, east side restaurants and the best surfing beach in the Caribbean are all between five and ten minutes away. Since taking ownership of this property, we have completed many upgrades including installing air conditioning in all bed rooms, completely renovating the kitchen, installing all new appliances and new furniture throughout the villa. We give you everything you need: 2 new "RTM" Ocean kayaks with paddles and life jackets 1 is a single and the other seats 2 adults and 2 children 4 new beach chairs - and umbrella Swimming noodles Snorkeling gear Even a surfboard. Most locals regard this as the most beautiful beach on Tortola. With its many palm trees, beautiful sand and "Baths" like boulders. Calita's restaurant is on this beach and will give you fantastic views of the Caribbean sea while you enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. After lunch, go for a " pain killer" at the resorts swim up pool bar. 5 minute drive to Josiah"s Beach (Best beach for surfing on the island) Here you will find a younger crowd and a beach front bar and restaurant serving good food, cold beer and tropical drinks 5 minute drive to the islands best kept secret, Little Bay. Here you will most likely have the beach all to yourself and you will be in awe of the beauty of the cove shaped beach with soft white sand and gin clear water The North Shore and the more crowded beaches are a short drive away. Close enough for a day of exploring or checking out the party scene at night before returning to the peace and tranquility at your villa.

Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 3 or more days prior to arrival) Short notice requests can only be paid by PayPal.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, 50 percent of all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent Guest is expected to remove the garbage on departure. Guest is asked to start the dishwasher.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 150.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
