Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 CAD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 500.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
