Welcome to this furnished Cozy and comfy Inner City Entire House Our Home is a good place to stay in. This home located on a quiet residential street in SW inner city, Located close to All levels of Chinook Centre, LRT and Macleod Tr. Minutes driving to Glenmore Reservoir - Downtown - Rockyview Hospital - Stampede; Walking distance to transportation, restaurants, coffee shops, playgrounds, parks, and other attractions. Our Home Is Ready For Guests and We’d Love To Host You. The main floor has 3 fully furnished bedrooms, comfortably fits 8 people (2 to each bedroom with queen bed, and 2 on the sofa bed in the living room). The newly renovated Basement suite (800 sq ft) has 2 bedrooms with queen beds (comfortably fits 4 people). Total 2 bathroom (1 up 1 down) have a tub and shower and is stocked with soap, shampoo, towels, and toilet paper. Our full size kitchen is stocked with all the implements required for making all kinds of meals and has all of the appliances - equipment that you will need during your stay: stove, oven, fridge - freezer, ,,,,,,, Total 2 living room and 2 dinning table (1 up 1 down) furnished sofa and chairs. There are laundry facilities downstairs in the basement with laundry detergent and dryer sheets adding the benefit for guests that require such after hours of driving or flying. There is also a large backyard fitted with a fire-pit for enjoying wiener roasts and marshmallows. Guests have access to whole house by your own private keypad. During their stay, guests have access to the backyard area, the whole suite is yours with everything you need during your stay. Street Parking and RV Parking on premise are free for guests. -Downtown - 10 mins -Canada olympic park South (Down-hill Mountain Biking, Skiing)- 21 Min -Stampede - C-train 3 stops -University - 17 min -Banff - - Rocky Mountain (Hike, Climb, Kayak Hot Springs)- 1.5 hrs -Canmore - 1 hr -Zoo - 15 min -Chinook Mall & Restaurants - 5 mins -Glenmore Park North - South & Heritage Park - 7 mins -Calaway Park: 25 mins (Family Amusement Park). Other things to note update Aug 25 2020: 1. We repainted and cleaned whole kitchen , main bathroom and living room , hallway baseboard. 2. We have air conditioner but it is excluded and NOT guaranteed. 3.We have security camera outside the front and back door. This will be on during your stay. The sole purpose is to protect you and property, There is absolutely no camera inside. 4. With the COVID-19 Virus,Additional Lysol wipes are available so guests can clean surfaces themselves while staying at the home. And we spray Lysol Disinfectant , Crisp Linen on each bed, if you don't like the smell please let me know when you are booking. Note: 1. If you are looking for longer stays (14+), please send request for more information. 2. No party - No Smoking - No drug - No marijuana - No pets allowed in this property!!! NO. NO. NO. 3. We want to be respectful of everyone's sleeping schedule. Please turn down music and reduce noise levels between 10 p.M. And 7 a.M. Monday to Saturday and 10 p.M. To 9 a.M. On Sundays and holidays. If you check in after 10:00 PM, please DON’T slam your car doors (close your car door carefully and quietly). Please respect our neighbours!!! 4. The whole house has not carpet, you can have your shoes on when you stay, BUT please DON'T have your shoes on the couch and beds, please DON'T bring food and drinks to the bed rooms.
