Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal At the time of payment, the current exchange rate will apply. Discuss with owner.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 28 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 28 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 30 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded. Cancellation within 28 nights of arrival, there is no refund unless the nights are re-rented.
Parking
Parking is free.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 28 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500 CAD
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 8 pm. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples. Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund.

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure. Guest is asked to start the dishwasher & first load of laundry. Guest is asked to leave soiled linens & towels in the bathtub or shower. The guest is expected to clean the BBQ. Extra charges could apply. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.

Linen is included in the rent Towels are not allowed outside of the property.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
