Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 CAD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
