Great ski-in - out with this main floor condo giving you quick access to the snow and fun. The condo is a short walk to the village and steps from the Hummingbird run, with direct access to the Plaza Chair, Snow Ghost and Ridge Rocket. The condo offers free WiFi and Telus Optik TV. All TVs are smart TVs, you can use your own subscription for Netflix, Disney +, or other streaming channels. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker, and stove. A washer and dryer is also available in the unit. This freshly renovated condo is perfect for a family or couple, up to 4 people (5 on request) who are looking for a comfortable stay. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and TV, the living room has a comfortable queen size sleeper couch. On request, we can provide an extra bed for larger families. In the living room you find a cozy gas fireplace and seating for 5. The building has a communal hot tub with a nice view. Parking is available outside with no assigned parking spot. A parking pass is available in the unit. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit, additional parking is available at the Happy Valley Parking lot (extra fees payable through Big White).

Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, 75 percent of all payments are refunded.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Email Money Transfer
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 15 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 125.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Large - up to 34 kilograms (75 pounds) Pets allowed:Dog A security deposit of 300.00 CAD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Per pet. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: One Pet Do you have a dog allergy? Dogs have stayed at the property. One well behaved pet is sometimes allowed. Pets must not be left unattended. You will be able to discuss your pet with owner before completing your booking with them.. Dogs must be well trained & behaved. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 125.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
