Our single-level, two bedroom plus den condo features incredible ski-in - ski-out accessibility and is only a 3 minute, level walk to the shops, restaurants and night life in the main village centre. Centrally located right on the Perfection ski run above the Ridge Rocket, Snow Ghost and Plaza chair lifts, you are only minutes away from any part of the mountain you choose to ski. The well-appointed kitchen includes a gas range with griddle, electric oven and microwave, perfect for most culinary requirements. Hardwood floors and heated tiles will make your stay comfortable and warm. At the end of the day, enjoy the private, covered hot tub, overlooking the Monashee Mountains and soak in the peace of staying at the end of a quiet road after a blissful day on the slopes. Or relax with your company in the living room off the dining room and kitchen. The master bedroom features a queen bed, with a full en-suite, including a steam shower and french doors to the deck and hot tub. The second bedroom includes a double - twin and twin - twin bunks and the den has two queen futon beds, with a separate bar fridge, sink, microwave, fireplace, entertainment centre, board games and access to the second full bathroom. The condo includes one underground parking spot for a mid-sized vehicle and one outdoor spot. Guests have a private ski locker.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 31 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation more than 31 days prior to arrival, the owner will refund the booking deposit and damage deposit. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________Covid cancellations - Should there be a government-imposed travel ban for your dates, or if the mountain closes for your dates, all monies you pay directly to the owner will be refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 250.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
