This 3-Bed 2-Bath Condominium can accommodate 8 guests for a minimum of 4 nights.
Located in the upper village, our condo has fantastic, direct ski-in-ski-out access right off the Mogul Trail. Connecting directly to the Ridge Rocket, Snow Ghost, and Plaza Chair lifts and close to the Terrain Park. Enjoy your apre ski with great views of the Monashee Mountains or fireworks from the village from both the Living Room or deck with a private hot tub that seats 6. The living room features a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV - DVD, with a wide choice of videos, games, books, and puzzles.. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms are open concept for easy socializing. If you plan on cooking we have all the bits and pieces you will need. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and spacious on-suite. The second bedroom has a Queen - single bunk plus a single trundle bed. The den has a double futon with its own TV - VCR. A second bathroom is off the main hallway. All TV,s have a complete package of specialty channels from our local provider,(Telus) A front entry closet has lots of room for all your ski outfits, and just outside the front door is your personal ski locker for all ski equipment, from here you are just steps down the corridor to the Mogul track. Our condo can accommodate up to 8 people. A heated 2 car garage is located directly under the condo. Getting to the village is just a walk down the road. This Timber Ridge condo is No Smoking, No Vaping and No pets.
All fees are included in the daily rate plus rental taxes. There are no add on costs for hot tub, cleaning, internet or other.
COVID cleaning is in effect. *** Special consideration re: rental if Covid travel restrictions are re-instated and can be discussed directly with the owner during the Grace Period. ***

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, 50 percent of all payments are refunded. No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival. Special consideration re: rentals if Covid travel restrictions are re-instated and can be discussed directly with the owner during the Grace Period.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 07:00 AM
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
