This 1920's Dutch Colonial Heritage Home was lovingly restored in 2007 with modern amenities and classic elegance. Near to all that Burnaby and Vancouver have to offer you'll be able to spend the day seeing the sights of the city and come home to relax and rejuvenate at this beautiful home. All the rooms have air conditioning and the bathrooms have in floor heating. Cooks will love our gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy our spacious deck and BBQ grill or visit one of the many elegant restaurants nearby. While you vacation at this house you’re free to have exclusive use of all the home has to offer. There is a separate self-contained hosts' suite in the basement, permitting the hosts to offer you additional complimentary concierge services, if desired. These would include assistance with tourist information and directions, dining and other reservations as well as drop-off at train and public transport stations.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner. Rates are listed in Canadian Dollars.Applicable taxes apply [5% GST] unless stay is longer than one month
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, 90 percent of all payments are refunded. To obtain a refund of your deposit (less a 10% administration fee), cancellations must be via e-mail no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
