Enjoy your morning coffee or enjoy a steak on the barbecue from one of the two decks overlooking mountains and lake, which are located off the main living area and master bedroom. Patio table and 10 chairs are provided on deck to enjoy your summer barbecues with family and friend's. There is a high vaulted ceiling in the living room with a ceiling fan. All bedding, linens, towels and pillows are provided. High Speed Wi-fi included. Enjoy sports and entertainment on the 2 widescreen TV's, 51 or 32 inch LED TV's, blue-ray player, Amazon Movie Channel. Walk to Kinsman beach for family summer fun including volleyball, tennis, swimming, sun-tanning and picnics. Deposit applicability: Per pet. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 21 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
