The third bedroom has a double - single bunk bed and another television. This 2nd floor suite has a south facing deck offering amazing lake views. The deck has a private BBQ and patio furniture for guest use. Guests staying at Heron Point will have full access to the fitness room and hot tub open year round and to the heated pool during the summer months. This property has a wireless internet connection. Kinsmen Beach is found just down the road from this complex. This Invermere hot spot has a Splash & Spray Park, beach volleyball and a well laid out park for kids. In the summer months, enjoy the water slides and swimmers dock which are located in the lake and in the winter months, enjoy pond hockey, skating and - or cross country skiing at this location. Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Once a reservation is secured with a deposit, property or date change requests may be accommodated one time, subject to availability. A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged from the original dates if made within 60 days of arrival. No changes may be made less than 7 days of the arrival date.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM The first warning comes with a $250 fee. If the first warning is not adhered too there will be an immediate eviction without refund.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Cleaning on Departure
Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent Guests are expected to take out their own garbage, start their dishwasher with any dirty dishes and clean the BBQ prior to departure. They are also expected to lock all the doors and windows prior to leaving. If the property is left in an unreasonable condition extra cleaning fee will be applied to the renter's damage deposit at the charge of $30+tax/hour.

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 7 Adults.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. With 60 or more days notice prior to arrival (75 days for reservations from Christmas and New Years weeks) • 20% cancellation fee based on total room charge cost (plus tax) deducted from deposit paid. • Balance refunded by cheque within 30 days of request.Less than 60 days notice prior to arrival (75 days for reservations from Christmas and New Years weeks) • 20% cancellation fee based on total room charge cost (plus tax) deducted from total paid. • You will be refunded only the number of days we are able to rebook from your original booking dates
