Discovery Bay is a wonderful resort with a variety of amenities such as indoor - outdoor pools & hot tubs, a sauna, fitness centre, and common room with games and billiards. It is located on Okanagan Lake right by Tug Boat beach and the Rotary Marshes. Enjoy a stroll down the boardwalk to the heart of downtown Kelowna, other city beaches, and a host of activities, restaurants, and shopping. Kayaks, paddle boards and other water toys are available for rent right at Tugboat beach during peak season. This spacious condo has 2 king beds in each of the bedrooms and a den with 2 twins beds. Each bedroom plus den has its own TV. In the living room you will find a comfortable, relaxing space with lots of seating, a 52" flat screen and a pull out queen sofa bed. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with plenty of matching glassware, plates, utensils, and cookware to meet all of your cooking needs, adjacent to a large eating area. The deck is furnished with a lounging area. Enjoy your coffee basking in the morning sun. Look to the side of the deck and you'll have a view of the lake. Look to the south and you'll see the tennis courts at Sunset Towers and the mountains in the distance. On the deck there is also a private BBQ for your use or you can find some resort BBQ's and meeting space on the pool and amenities level. There is lots of space for you to relax both inside and outside. Our condo has everything you need to make your vacation special, including cable TV and wireless internet. Free underground parking for one vehicle is included, (request 2nd spot). Height restrictions are 6 feet 8". A washer and dryer are located in the suite for your convenience. We have also tried to stock our condo with other supplies such as a small cooler and a few beach supplies so you can take full advantage of all that the area has to offer. We are family friendly and will be happy to rent to responsible adults over the age of 25. When selecting this rental please note: - This is a non-smoking and no pet condo. - Absolutely no bikes are allowed to come into the building or the unit. Bike racks are available for you to lock up your bikes in the parkades on a first come, first serve basis. We look forward to having you as our guest!

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due immediately.
