For you serious golfers, not only are we located on the Quail and Bear courses, but we are just minutes from Tower Ranch, Sunset Ranch, Shadow Ridge and Kelowna Springs courses, and Predator Ridge is a 30 minute drive. Proudly marketed by Okanagan Vacation Properties, this 3 bedroom condo is beautifully furnished and sleeps up to 8 family members. Offering a spacious, open floorplan, central AIR CONDITIONING, and a patio with BBQ, the building also includes a gym and outdoor pool - hot tub during the summer months. In the large, open living room, there is a sleeper sofa that pulls out to a Double bed, and dining room for 6, as well as seating at the kitchen bar. The large kitchen offers full-size appliances and is fully stocked for cooking meals at home. The spacious master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a brand new King bed and flat screen smart TV with cable. This room also features his and her walk-thru closets and a large ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes 2 twinXL beds, that can be converted to a King and smart TV, and the third bedroom features a double bed. On the patio, enjoy a small patio table and a BBQ.

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 09:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 6 Adults., Maximum of 4 Children.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 100.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed:Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: One Pet Do you have a dog allergy? Dogs have stayed at the property. One well behaved pet is sometimes allowed. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 175.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
