In the winter you can ski at nearby Big White, Crystal Mountain or Silver Star. The possibilities are endless!

Terms And Conditions
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples. Proof of age may be required for all guests. Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests. Hosting a function/party is not allowed. Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable. COVID related cancellations - Up to 14 days prior to arrival, guests can receive a full refund. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival, payments can be as a credit against a future booking.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Linen
Linen is included in the rent Towels are not allowed outside of the property. Beach towels are supplied.
Internet Service & Fee
Internet is included in the rent Password is in the check-in package..
Telephone Fee
Phone use is included in the rent. Calls within Canada are included in the rent.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure. Damage waiver form is signed before check-in.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Guest pays a 25.00 fee if they check in after 6 pm. Check-in is not possible after 10 pm. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent. The 20% booking deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. There is a $500 FULLY refundable damage/security deposit required approximately 30 days prior to your stay. Personal PICTURE ID must be provided at time of booking for security and age check purposes.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 200.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
Parking
Parking is free. A remote control is provided. There is a charge for a lost parking pass.
