Our Vacation home is located right on the hill at the Kimberley Alpine Resort (run 69 - Green) and across the street from the award winning Trickle Creek Golf Course. Make a few runs or golf a few holes then stop and enjoy a meal or beverage which can be prepared in our fully stocked Kitchen. You can either return to the ski hill or Golf course or relax in front of our fireplace and watch movies, NetFlix on our 47 inch big screen TV. We also have a large (12 person) hot tub and Dry Sauna. If you come in the Summer season the world class Trickle Creek golf course is with in walking distance. Mountain biking on the bike paths or hiking in the Kimberley Nature park are at your door step as well. Activities And Attractions - Explore on your own: Marysville Falls, Lucier Hot Springs, Mountain biking, Hiking, Rails to Trails, Cominco Gardens, Heritage Museum, Summer Theatre, Golfing, Wasa Lake, Shopping in the Platzl and numerous Festivals Guided Tours - Bavarian City Mining Railway, whitewater Rafting, Flyfishing, River Floats and Trail Rides

Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
