Beautiful Magna Bay on Shuswap Lake. Just 13 kms. Past the Scotch Creek Government Campsite. We are located just minutes away from the lake, across the main road, with a public boat launch, dock, swim grid, picnic tables, washrooms. This area is away from the crowds with a sandy - pebble beach. Private boat buoy. We are on 1 - 2 acre of land and have a large outdoor gazebo, fire pit, and room for your boat trailer. Your cottage is updated and tastefully furnished with a view of the lake. We have many repeat guests but always welcome new guests that wish to enjoy this little bit of paradise and tranquility. It is our lake home and we love it!

Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children of all ages are welcome.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit remains non-refundable however the remaining balance will be refunded if the nights are re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
