Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Travelers Cheques
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 249.00 CAD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less a 50.00 CAD administration fee) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 50.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Large - up to 34 kilograms (75 pounds) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog A security deposit of 300.00 CAD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 75.00 CAD is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 7 weeks) A guest must request this optional service.
