Top notch linens and dishes, ultra-comfortable beds and loads of beach towels will help make your stay care free- so you can focus on wine tasting, beach days, yoga or just lounging in the hammock. The house itself is approximately 2000 square feet with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, living room, family room, an outdoor lounge, a wrap- around deck and an al fresco harvest table that seats 8 very comfortably. On the property there is an orchard of approximately thirty fruit trees (apricot, cherry, peach, plum, apple and pear) a French lavender field and walnut and hazelnut trees. At the south end of the property is the award winning Pinot Noir vineyard. Walk through it and immerse yourself in a true Okanagan experience. Privacy abounds on this property, as does nature. Neighbouring properties are acreages but the village and beaches are 5 minutes away. While this property is not the Four Seasons, if you are looking for that special, comfortable, unforgettable Okanagan holiday, this is the place.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, 25 percent of all payments are refunded.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Email Money Transfer, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 100.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) Pets allowed:Dog A security deposit of 250.00 CAD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

A refundable security/damage deposit of 750.00 CAD is due immediately.
