The low tide depth at the end of the dock is 30 feet so that should be plenty to make the water safe for any reasonable pleasure boat. Boat rentals also available at Pedder Bay Marina located in Metchosin. With endless trails meandering through Coles Bay Park and The Glen Meadows Golf and Country Club a few minutes away, there is an outdoor adventure for everyone. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar in the newly renovated kitchen, or meander down to the dock to sit with your toes in the water. Large windows offer a perfect ever changing view. Host a dinner party in the bright dining room, or enjoy a quiet evening by the fireplace in the living room. Conveniently located, with access to the airport (15min), BC ferry terminal (7min) and Downtown Victoria (30min).

Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 125.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Any number of pets.) A guest must request this optional service. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 CAD is due on arrival. The property will be assessed after check-out and the deposit released to the guest within 14 business days if there are no claims to be made. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, 75 percent of all payments are refunded. There is no refund if cancelling less than 60 days before arrival.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 360.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
