Due to insurance reasons, we are unable to accommodate groups of guests under the age of 25 unless there are children with a family group.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due immediately.
Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 45 or more days prior to arrival)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, there would be a $100.00 cancellation fee.Covid 19 policy is a credit to use within the year and would apply if the borders were closed, and not just an advisory not to travel.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 200.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
