This 2 bedroom Panorama Mountain Village Riverbend townhome backs onto the Toby Creek and is approximately 50 yards away from the Village Gondola. The spacious main floor features an open concept fully equipped kitchen, dining space and living room. The living room is furnished with a 42 inch flat screen television, DVD player, gas fireplace and 1 full bathroom. The living area also features a pull out sofa.
The two bedrooms are located on the main floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and features a full ensuite. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The north facing ground level patio is off the living area. Furniture. Views of the Toby Creek can be enjoyed from the patio. Guests staying at Riverbend will have full access to the outdoor hot tub at this location and also to the Panorama Springs Pool area. There is nice green space between the Riverbend complex and the Toby Creek. A fee is charged for Internet Internet access must be purchased from a third party supplier. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Once a reservation is secured with a deposit, property or date change requests may be accommodated one time, subject to availability. A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged from the original dates if made within 60 days of arrival. No changes may be made less than 7 days of the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. With 60 or more days notice prior to arrival (75 days for reservations from Christmas and New Years weeks) • 20% cancellation fee based on total room charge cost (plus tax) deducted from deposit paid. • Balance refunded by cheque within 30 days of request.Less than 60 days notice prior to arrival (75 days for reservations from Christmas and New Years weeks) • 20% cancellation fee based on total room charge cost (plus tax) deducted from total paid. • You will be refunded only the number of days we are able to rebook from your original booking dates
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Processing Fee (charged by owner)
One-time fee of 75.50 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM The first warning comes with a $250 fee. If the first warning is not adhered too there will be an immediate eviction without refund.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cleaning on Departure
Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent Guests are expected to take out their own garbage, start their dishwasher with any dirty dishes and clean the BBQ prior to departure. They are also expected to lock all the doors and windows prior to leaving. If the property is left in an unreasonable condition extra cleaning fee will be applied to the renter's damage deposit at the charge of $30+tax/hour.
