Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, there would be a $100.00 cancellation fee.Covid 19 policy is a credit to use within the year and would apply if the borders were closed, and not just an advisory not to travel.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.
