The community of Parksville hosts a wide range of recreational and cultural events annually and is central to a variety of golf courses. Come and play one of the many challenging and scenic golf courses or enjoy the spectacular beaches and natural beauty. Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort offers comfort and relaxation while you get ready for your next Oceanside adventure The dining area seats 6 people and the kitchen includes every amenity including Kureig, french press, drip coffee maker, slow cooker and every appliance you may have in your own home. Spices are also included as well as staples like sugar & flour.. A large gas BBQ is situated on the oceanview patio as well as a propane heater to keep you warm as you are enjoying your coffee. Both condos can be combined to provide a two bedroom condo if required. Spices and essentials like flour and sugar are also provided. An additional small freezer has also been added for longer stays. The bathroom has a large walk in shower for those guests with mobility issues and also includes a small deck that has a small electric BBQ . The condos have stylish sofa beds for those unexpected guests. All linen and towels are included and the entry of the condo contains a full sized LG front loading laundry pair. Beach towels and children's toys as well as a selection of movies are located on both sides.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. One day cancellation fee 60 days or greater prior to arrival. No refund within 60 days of arrival. 120 Days cancellation required for bookings of one month or longer.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

PayPal, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.
