This home is handicap accessible with a wheelchair elevator (please request use in advance for special needs), and includes the kitchen, cozy living room, dining area, 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, and a 2 Twin Room), 2 bathrooms and a patio with an outdoor dining - BBQ area. Beach towels are available for your use and enjoyment. A designated parking stall driveway plus extra parking free on the street. Main floor has a calming bright living room to sit back and enjoy a glass of wine in or watch a movie by the fire. The farm-style kitchen is great to make a nice meal in, while the rest of the family is lounging in the family room or out on the patio. Kitchen has condiments, a coffee maker, & room in the fridge for all your purchases after your wine touring. Queen bedroom & powder room on main, plus washer - dryer facilities. Upper floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Master bedroom has a king size bed & TV. Additional bedroom has two twin beds. Start the day watching the Okanagan Sunrise on the deck, and then go golfing, boating or skiing. Ceiling fans and fireplace provide comfort for all seasons. Christmas is great for a ski holiday too. Weekly and monthly, off-season rates are available. **This home is in an area that is under revitalization - it is the up & coming resort area for Penticton - the street faces the back of the Lakeshore Drive motel strip, you may notice some of the neighborhood doesn't have the same appearance as this quaint, lovely house. A developer has taken these few streets under wing, & you'll notice signs of the new developments in the neighborhood as you drive into the street. In the meantime, please enjoy the one block proximity to the Lake. Also, The Golf Course, Hockey School, Event Center, Casino, Visitor & Wine Center, Channel Float & Beaches are all with in blocks of this home. During winter, for hockey or ski season, the House is only 25 minutes to Apex Mountain Resort - skiing, outdoor hockey rinks & skating loop are great fun on winter break!

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups. If a warning is not adhered to, the guest will be evicted without a refund.
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children of all ages are welcome.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 18 years or older. Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 165.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure.
Cleaning During Stay
