This Vancouver Island vacation rental property on beautiful Sproat Lake, Port Alberni. It represents the idyllic holiday destination. We offer executive Vancouver Island accommodation with every amenity. Situated on a large crystal clean lakefront yet only 7 miles from the ocean. It offers something for all travelers from fishing, whale watching, storm watching to just sitting on a lakefront dock. Travel time from either Vancouver or Victoria is 3-4 hours, and nearby Port Alberni has a small town atmosphere with all the conveniences to ensure a wonderful vacation experience. Bed Setup 1) Loft area contains a king sized bed and a double futon. The futon is seldom used as there's no privacy but can be used for children. There's also a powder room and full shower on this upper floor. 2) Queen bedroom on the main floor 3) Living room on the main floor has a queen sofabed - futon and a single futon. The single futon is for backup, only. Thre is also a full bathroom on the main level, with a soaker tub and shower. 4) Rec room on the lower level contains a pool table and a queen size fold out futon. 5) Bunk room on the lower level has a single over single bunk bed, plus a separate queen size bed. Perfect for families!

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
