This two bedroom luxuriously furnished end-unit condo has great morning light and comfortably sleeps 8 people. The master has a queen sized bed with a large walk-in closet, its own bath - shower with large massage shower head. You can walk out your patio doors and sip on your morning coffee on your private covered deck. The second large bedroom has a twin-over-double bunk bed, a second twin and a full sized queen bed. Directly across the hall is a second bathroom with access to a bath across the hall. The kitchen is well equipped and features quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, ample cupboard space, bar seating and is open to the dining - living areas. The living room has two couches, a chair and a gas fireplace for you to warm up to after a long day on the hill. Flat screen HD TV with HTMI hookup - DVD and a large collection of movies and games is stored in the coffee table-ottoman for our guests enjoyment. The condo also has radiant floor heat, private laundry and lots of storage. Access is by either stair or elevator. There is one, high-clearance, covered parking space available on street level with a second nearby. Private ski storage is located on the entrance level – There is a waxing - tuning station near the storage locker. Bring a sticker and add it to the collection on the storage door.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. With prior approval. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 5 or more days prior to arrival) Money orders & bank drafts must be in Canadian funds.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken. Damage waiver form is signed before check-in.
