A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken. Damage waiver form is signed before check-in.

There is a hot tub heating or maintenance fee. One-time fee of 200.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 for stays of any number of nights or occupants. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
