Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Email Money Transfer
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due 7 days prior to arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 09:00 AM Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Maximum of 2 adults and 3 children.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. Fee of 15.00 CAD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged Per pet.) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
