This is a cute 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom property able to sleep up to 4, which makes it a perfect location for a small family or traveling couple. The bedroom has a great view of Sundance Mountain so you can check the ski conditions as soon as you wake up. Located on the second storey, you can enter this property from the front of the building or the back. In the winter, the backside of the complex has an easy and convenient ski-in trail. The private balcony outside of the living room has a propane barbecue. This property has a full kitchen (microwave, stovetop, oven, dishwasher and full-sized fridge) and in-suite laundry. This property features a king bed in the bedroom, and a queen-sized sofabed in the living room. Location Highlights: Timberline is approximately a 2 minute walk to the main village and is directly across the street from the Sports Complex which features tennis courts, a soccer field, a children's playground, and will be home to the new ice skating rink for the 2020 - 2021 winter season. Each property at Timberline has a designated parking stall which is numbered the same as their unit. There is a very limited number of visitor parking spaces (designated "Visitor") that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. SKI-IN - SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance, take any run that will connect you to Rambler, and then to Gentle Giant. Take the cut off about halfway down which takes you behind the Snow Creek Village complex, and just below that to Timberline. To ski out, take the Valley Trail to the top of the main village at just a short 3 minute walk, where you can ski or board down to the Sunburst and Sundance chairlifts.
Top Of The Mountain does provide some basic amenities such as : Bedding is provided ( pillow cases , Bed Sheets, Blankets). Shampoo , Conditioner , Body Wash, Hand Soap, Toilet Paper and Towels for the bathrooms. Paper towels, Dish soap , Dishwasher pods, Washing cloths, Drying towels, Coffee , Coffee filters, Assorted Teas, Sugar, Salt & Pepper, Garbage bags and Recycling bags for the kitchen area. Laundry Pods are included.

Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM
If you cancel within 48 hours of making the booking and still outside 30 days prior to the arrival date, only the booking fee will be forfeit. The full deposit is forfeit after 48 hours from the initial booking while still 30 days outside of your arrival date. The remainder of your payment for the booking is taken 30 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking payment. A partial refund may still be provided if the accommodation can be rented for any portion of the time you originally booked. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival have a 24 hour grace period during which only the booking fee will be retained if you cancel.
To cancel your booking, you must send us an email requesting we cancel your reservation. This request must be made from the email address we have associated with the booking in our system. Once we have received your cancellation request, we will return the inventory to availability and do our best to rebook the dates previously held for you and will provide refunds in accordance with the policy above.
The first night's rental plus booking fee and applicable taxes OR 25% of the Owner's rent (whichever is greater) is taken as a deposit.

Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. An online damage/liability agreement must be signed (a major credit card is required to be on file) prior to your arrival date. Any damages or violations of the damage/liability agreement will be charged to the credit card on file. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
