Snow Creek Village is widely considered to have the best ski-in - ski-out access across the entire resort, and is often the most desired property location. If you're an avid skier or boarder, this will be the ideal vacation spot for you. Located just across the street from the Sports Complex, which features a soccer field, children's playground, tennis courts, and the new, open air ice skating rink, Snow Creek Village offers extreme convenience for those looking to have a fun and active holiday. Following the valley trail past the Sports Complex leads directly to the main village, just a short walk away. SKI-IN - SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance, take Rambler to get on Gentle Giant where you can cut off about halfway down to behind the complex. To ski out, follow the Valley Trail along the Sports Complex directly to the top of the main village where you can ski or board down to the Sunburst and Sundance chairlifts.
Top Of The Mountain does provide some basic amenities such as : Bedding is provided ( pillow cases , Bed Sheets, Blankets). Shampoo , Conditioner , Body Wash, Hand Soap, Toilet Paper and Towels for the bathrooms. Paper towels, Dish soap , Dishwasher pods, Washing cloths, Drying towels, Coffee , Coffee filters, Assorted Teas, Sugar, Salt & Pepper, Garbage bags and Recycling bags for the kitchen area. Laundry Pods are included.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 48 hours of making the booking and still outside 30 days prior to the arrival date, only the booking fee will be forfeit. The full deposit is forfeit after 48 hours from the initial booking while still 30 days outside of your arrival date. The remainder of your payment for the booking is taken 30 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking payment. A partial refund may still be provided if the accommodation can be rented for any portion of the time you originally booked. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival have a 24 hour grace period during which only the booking fee will be retained if you cancel.
To cancel your booking, you must send us an email requesting we cancel your reservation. This request must be made from the email address we have associated with the booking in our system. Once we have received your cancellation request, we will return the inventory to availability and do our best to rebook the dates previously held for you and will provide refunds in accordance with the policy above.
Booking Deposit
The first night's rental plus booking fee and applicable taxes OR 25% of the Owner's rent (whichever is greater) is taken as a deposit.

Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. An online damage/liability agreement must be signed (a major credit card is required to be on file) prior to your arrival date. Any damages or violations of the damage/liability agreement will be charged to the credit card on file. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
