The Inside Scope The second level is the heart of this home with a spacious, open living space and kitchen. It's greatest feature is the wall of windows and french doors onto the deck that offer panoramic views of the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials required to cook any meal. The dinning space include high kitchen table and sit up bar for 6 and additional low dinning table with 4 leather chairs. Two bedrooms are located off the kitchen area with queen beds. The Lower level is a private suite that may be rented to other guests during your stay. Parking There is plenty of parking for multi-vehicles and boat. This property is located in a private gated community. Guests are provided an access key code for gate entry. About the Community This home is located in the quiet community of Swansea Point, Mara Lake; within the world famous Shuswap region. Discover the 5 public beach access points through out Swansea Point; each have something different to offer its visitors. Have a boat. No problem. This property is just a short drive to the boat launch in Swansea Point. Looking for a little more excitement. We are located in the heart of world renowned snow mobile and hiking trails.
