A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 21 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 8 days during a stay.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 120.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
