This Charming Lakeside Cottage is nestled in the cozy community of Swansea Point, Mara Lake, and is only steps away from the public beach and boat launch. Upon entry you are instantly welcomed by a bright open living space, kitchen and dining area, and it is beautifully decorated throughout with warm lakeside décor. You will definitely enjoy the secluded outdoor deck, where guests can enjoy lounging, dining, and cooking up a meal on the BBQ. Curl up on the couch in front of the fire place. Grab a book, Magazine, play a board game or watch a movie. This is all provided for our Guests' entertainment while you are on your vacation. This cottage is truly a home away from home. Our Lakeside Bedroom offers a queen bed and large window overlooking the front yard. The Mountain Side Bedroom offers bunk beds with double on the bottom and single on top, and features an on suite half bath. The Kitchen has everything needed to prepare any meal. Laundry. No problem, we have you covered there as well. Tis' the Seasons. SUMMER is when Swansea Point is a bustling little community for beach and water lovers. FALL is a gorgeous time of year for hikers, bikers, easy strollers and those who like a more quiet setting to relax and enjoy the outdoors. WINTER is prime time for Snowmobiling. Did you know that in 2016 Sicamous was rated the #1 Sledding Destination in BC. Is skiing or snowboarding more your style. This property is located half way between Revelstoke Mountain Resort and Silver Star in Vernon. Guests have the ability to visit multiple Ski Resorts. SPRING is the perfect setting for that Golf trip you have always been wanting to take. Golfing, hiking and biking are activities that bring our guests to the region in spring time.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 CAD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 300 CAD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 15 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 75 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 CAD is due immediately. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
