For larger groups, the upper and lower suites can be combined simply by opening an interior dividing door (full chalet sleeps 20).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 50.00 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 15 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 15 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 15 days of departure.

Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 50.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Any number of pets.) Size limits: Large - up to 34 kilograms (75 pounds) Pets allowed:Any Pet A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Three Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 100.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Cleaning is not included in the rent.
